The design and production of custom fuel tanks has been the core of our business for more than 30 years. We have the experience and technical know-how to understand your design requirements and convert them into a fully functioning fuel system. With the ability to manufacture both plastic and aluminum tanks, we meet immediate and low-volume needs with made-to-order aluminum tank constructions. For higher-volume applications, and for installations which require complex configurations, we build custom-molded plastic (cross-linked polyethylene with nylon barrier) tanks.
All tanks are manufactured to meet all applicable ABYC, NMMA, EPA, USCG, ISO, CE and other standards

Annual usage helps us determine whether to use aluminum or plastic; aluminum is the material of choice for most low-usage applications. Installation Requirements Using our “Permanent Tank Installation Guide,” we analyze your specific conditions so that the fuel system is a perfect match for your particular installation. This analysis may include a visit to your facility to perform an onsite audit of the tank in the vessel. |
GeometrySimple shapes are readily produced in aluminum, complex configurations lend themselves to rotomolding, so that you deal with the complexity once–when designing the tool. Over the years, we have developed specifications and guidelines to help engineers assess tooling design feasibility, as well as development time and cost.Construction
During the Construction Review, we analyze materials, thicknesses, and related criteria. We assess components and set their locations to achieve the best performance and provide a tank to be used within a system; not just a tank but a solution. This might include the relocation of a vent or fill level valve or the elimination of a vent valve.
