Sparta, Tennessee — Moeller Marine Products receives Certificate of Conformity (COC) from the Environmental Protection Agency for its rotational molded Permanent Fuel Tanks.

With an implementation date of July 31, 2011 or Model Year 2012 the permanent fuel tanks produced for Recreational Marine Industry must comply with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. These new regulations limit the level of permeation the permanent fuel tank can emit per day to 1.5 grams per square meter (if tested at 28ºC) or 2.5 grams per square meter (if tested at 40ºC). Moeller’s permanent fuel tanks are complaint to the new EPA regulations and only emit a fraction of the maximum allowed.
